(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy offered at Recovia that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of traumatic life experiences.

Using bilateral stimulation (side to side eye movement, buzzies, tapping for examples) the therapist can guide the client through the traumatic memory or incident and support the brain in reducing emotional pain.
