Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Must Haves:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role.
Experience using Structured Query Language
(SQL) for data analysis.
Experience as part of an implementation- Oracle highly preferred, or Salesforce.
Plusses:

Understanding of OTC or similar modules.
Business Analysis or Project Management
Professional certification.
Day-to-Day:

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the needs of the various functional business areas and recommends system solutions or procedures. As a liaison between the business and IT department, the Business Analyst ensures that the scope of work requested to enhance or modify existing application processes are clearly documented, communicated, and validated. The Business Analyst works closely with the IT technical team and/or outside vendors to design, develop, document and test solutions that meets the business requirements.

Hiring Data Entry Specialist

Skills:

4-5 years” experience and proven track record in solving business problems through fact-based and scientific analytics
Comfortable in working with programming language
Python.
Sound understanding of ML techniques for LP
Advanced knowledge of Transformers and underlying concepts of neural networks
Experienced in working with Tensorflow, PyTorch and spaCy
Well versed with supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
Extensive experience developing Tableau reports.
Clear understanding of logical and physical database design and data.
Strong database skills (MySQL, SQL Server) and ability to write, optimize and tune complex SQL scripts.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds and share knowledge.
Responsibilities:

Make recommendations regarding collection, extraction and transformation of large data sets
Utilize statistical approaches to build predictive models (time series, clustering, neural networks)
Interpret data and analyze results
Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations; identify trends and patterns to inform business decisions and product design
Leverage Python to analyze complex data
Design and develop customized interactive reports and dashboards in Tableau; schedule in Tableau Server
Define and develop a data migration strategy between different products and platforms
Develop creative ways to identify and use data that significantly impact key business metrics
Assess the potential usefulness and validity of new data sources
Mentor other team members/ analysts to grow their skills and careers
Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering or equivalent work experience
Must have 5+ years of experience and proven track record in solving business problems through factbased and scientific analytics
The ideal candidate will have:

Master’s, or PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field highly desired.
An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
A natural curiosity for new scripting languages, frameworks and technologies
