After the end of the imfamous underground club, Chupa!, RedMonkey launched in 1996. RedMonkey was a sporadically thrown party held in a South Pheonix bar, Riverbottom Lounge, that featured local house music heroes as well as world renowned DJs. This Saturday marks the 17th Year since the inception of Solstice. Even though I’ve had a front row seat of this most fantastic journey of house music rooftop memories, I can’t possibly summarize em all in a post…maybe a book…but not a post.
