What's up y'all! I want to challenge you today to take a good, hard look at your life. Can you say that you're truly happy? If not, why? And what can you actively do right now to change it?
YOU ARE NOT STUCK IN YOUR CURRENT REALITY! You only have one life and only YOU can decide how you will live it. You deserve to be happy and fulfilled so don't SETTLE for sub-par relationships, sh*tty jobs, or anything at all that doesn't serve you!

Ladies! Let's talk hip dips!
A lot of the time when I take a photo head on, you'll notice that I pull my hands up where my hips protrude (slightly)
I do this because I've always had huge "love handles" and I'm still self conscious about them even after losing weight!
I'm telling you ladies this because we need to remind ourselves that every body is shaped differently and we don't all look like Instagram models with tiny waists and huge asses and that's okay!! How boring would it be if we all looked the same anyway!
If you've made it this far, please hear this: Hips are bones that have muscle and tissue and fat on them. All of our hips are shaped differently. Stop trying to find workouts that target your "hip dips" and embrace your special, unique shape!

Got some new swim suits for our trip to Cancun in August AND I weighed in today and I'm 4 pounds away from my goal weight for the tripπ
I've never been out of the country so I'm super excited and also really pumped that I get to go to a tropical place and not feel uncomfortable in a swim suit the entire time
Ever since I was a pre-teen, I've always hated wearing a swim suit and would take my clothes off as quickly as I could and run into the pool/ocean and then wrap my towel around myself as quickly as possible when I got out. I would cry in fitting rooms while shopping for swim suits because I they never fit the way I wanted them to.
