🚨 A $400K home should not look like this before the exterior is even finished.
Loose housewrap. Exposed sheathing. Torn weather barrier. Poorly detailed window flashing. Multiple openings in what is supposed to be the home’s moisture and air-control system.
This is exactly why “just getting it built” is not the same thing as getting it built correctly.
Once siding goes over this, most homeowners will never see the problem again — until the issues show up later as water intrusion, air leakage, mold concerns, rot, failed windows, or higher energy bills. By then, everyone is pointing fingers and the homeowner is left paying for someone else’s lack of care.
