How can we use our past experiences to feel
strong?

Every experience in life teaches us a lesson,
and through those lessons, we discover our
strength and capabilities.

There are times in life when we feel weak
lose hope, and believe that the only way to
cope is to give up. One way to overcome
these weak moments is to remind ourselves
that every situation is temporary and that
circumstances always change.

There is a reason to why God said to Israelites "Don't be discouraged" repeatedly 4 times in Joshua 1:6,7,9 and 18 meaning He commissions us to stand strong and courageous.

By reflecting on past experiences, we can recall how we overcame some of our toughest challenges
and draw courage from those memories.
Never give up hope. Think back to your
previous experiences, recall the lessons
learned, and use them to benefit yourself in
the present. Remember, they is a reason, to why you woke up alive today, so no matter how
difficult the situation may be, you are still
stronger.

Most of my songs, are based on true stories, check out "Don't Give Up" Official Video is on my YouTube Channel.

Muvawala was abducted, and beaten nearly to death yet is a US Citizen who originates from Uganda, it instills alot of fear to all Ugandan political activists in dispora, no safety at all. " A government that disregards its people is a seed sown on barren ground."

Its meant to be not a crime to speak out about bad governance, but in Uganda its a treason when you speak against poor healthy care system, rampant corruption, dictatorial ruler, who has ruled close to 40 years. From great grandchildren to those in 40s of age, none has ever seen a new president in uganda. We shall continue advocating for the truth, freedom and peace!

My mama comes first before anything else. Those who ask me,about my dad, i got no answer for that s**t, I've always known my American mom as a single mother, as my father, she is my everything,a superHero, she was born in Texas🇺🇸 in humble beginnings she toiled hard for us.

I amnot meant to be here now, but sometimes i feel down like i'll die tomorrow, but atleast let me appreciate my mom when i can breathe now, when some Ugandan bad actors hated me for standing for the truth, some plotted against me by now, they would have murdered me, some People never believed in me, but my mom saved me, She poured HER heart, soul and body for me, Mothers represent God's Presence in this world, She is the reason am living. I love my mother, She is my heart, i got the deepest relationship with my mama, i am Mama's boy but i am my own man 50%, let me be sure about it, i love my mother, i'm proud to be Mama's boy, let me be clear, i'm my own man still.

So if I die now, the people i think are Friends now, will make new Friends, go eat and drink, be much happier without me, my future partner will move on and find someone new even before am laid in the grave. My art face and Our Organisation Ngeka Uganda, in less than a month will appoint a new director, but with my mama, i'm her only son, she will never have another Newby, so i'll always make her proud mom, although i wanna still try make it in the Art and music industry.

I released official music video of "Don't beat a Woman/Tokuba Mukyala" a song dedicated to her. Still its against domestic violence, and for all women.
I Pray to God, may everyone's Parents live long to see your wins and accompolishments.
