Every year, on the first Saturday in May, U.S. Explosive Ordnance Disposal service members around the world honor the fallen. A memorial ceremony is held to commemorate EOD technicians who have risked their lives in disposing explosives.

“We Remember” signifies the very essence and ethos of EOD technicians to never forget the extraordinary efforts of our EOD brothers and sisters who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

We’ve been a little quiet lately but that doesn’t mean we aren’t working hard. Hats finally made it in, we have new beer labels in the works and we purchased 2 new fermentors and a glycol chiller that we can’t wait to try out. Cheers 🍻

First family brew day!

Saucy Carebear is on tap! A Berliner Weisse that has a beautiful balance of tartness and fruitiness, brewed with fresh raspberries to perfection.

Note- Most of our beer names will come from Payton. She tends to repeat words or phases from movies, tv shows that we try to decipher what she is saying. Saucy Carebear has been a common “script” lately which makes it a perfect name! Can’t wait to share!

First canning day EVER this weekend was a success. We can’t wait to share some with you!

Our War Pony Kölsch is busy fermenting, we have another brew day planned for Friday and received this blasting machine from a buddy in the mail. It’s been a good week! Reminder this is the last week to get some gear before we close orders! Thanks for all your support. 💣 💥 🧨

Why Hellbox?

A Hellbox is a U.S. 10 Cap Blasting Machine, nicknamed 'Hellbox'. This device is a hand held detonator for many types of explosives and blasting caps and used mostly in WW2.

We chose this name because being an EOD tech for the last 13 years has been a huge part of my life. While it was rewarding at times, and devasting in others, it has made me into the person I am today.
