Hi friends 👋🏼 thought I’d share this here. We are crazy busy (in a good way) and need someone grounded, mature and who appreciates our art.
Part-Time Creative Assistant (Art Studio Support)
We’re a mother-daughter team working in contemporary abstract art, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time assistant to support both creative and organizational projects.
This role is a blend of light creative work and behind-the-scenes organization—perfect for someone who enjoys both visual content and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Help With:
• Editing artwork images in Photoshop (basic color correction, cropping, light retouching)
• Preparing images for different uses, including understanding when high-resolution files are needed for print/publication vs. lower-resolution for everyday use
• Organizing client and project details using Word, Excel, and Google Docs
• Managing files and workflows in Dropbox
• Maintaining artwork inventory in ArtCloud (we’ll teach you this)
• Supporting day-to-day studio needs and ongoing projects
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
• Are comfortable using Photoshop for basic edits (not advanced design work)
• Understand the difference between high-resolution and web/low-resolution images (or are confident learning quickly)
• Feel confident working in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and file systems like Dropbox
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
• Take initiative and follow through without needing close supervision
• Appreciate art, design, and clean presentation
Details:
• Part-time (10–15 hours/week), flexible schedule
• Ongoing role with potential to grow
• Remote preferred (Phoenix is a plus)
If this sounds like a fit, send a short note about your experience along with any relevant examples.
