New Build Inspection…. Missing gusset plate, no expansion tank, and an improperly installed panel on a shower! These are just some of the things that get missed by builders and can lead to more serious issues down the road.

New Build in Maricopa for a client this morning. This inspection went well. On this one we had a pretty clean product. Still 37 items on my report, but I have to say that is middle of the road as far as noteable items on a new build.

New build tile floor, post tensioned slab drops 3/4 of an inch in 12 feet. My take…. The slab was low as it was evident in the ceiling as well. Just not as obvious as the floor. Not a cheap fix, but necessary.

Willow District 1950 home….Just waiting to be inspected. These homes are always so much fun. Should be a nice home, however there are almost always a few issues that you can spot right from the curb.

I love what I do as a home inspector in Arizona, but the customers make it even better.
