Last week, MPSW celebrated Engineering Week!

We held two competitions: a Spaghetti & Marshmallow Tower Challenge and an Egg Drop Challenge. It was such a fun time to use our engineering brains to compete against each other.
From creative designs to some unexpected failures (and a lot of impressive saves), the week was full of problem-solving and laughs. It was great to see everyone thinking outside the box and putting their engineering skills to the test.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the 2025 MPSW Veteran’s Day Wiffle Ball Derby. It was a fun day connecting with colleagues and honoring our veterans. Cheers to all of our winners and everyone who participated!

A big thank you to all of our employees who participated in MPSW’s 1st Annual Chili Cook-Off Competition! We had an amazing time filled with great food, fun, and friendly competition.

We had a great turnout and appreciated the opportunity to connect with so many of you. The morning kicked off with a valuable training session, followed by a relaxed afternoon of networking, good food, and some fun at the golf bays.
It was great to see both new and familiar faces, and we’re grateful to everyone who made the time to attend. Congratulations to our raffle winners, and thank you again for contributing to a successful event.

Happy 1st Day of Fall from MPSW!
It may still feel like summer in Arizona, but we are celebrating the season with pumpkin spice coffee creamer and pumpkin pie! 🍁

To kick off football season, the MPSW team showed up repping our favorite jerseys! This was a fun way to bring a little personality ( and some friendly rivalry) into the office. Looking forward to a season full of energy, both on the field and at work.
