Time to reveal our latest project, our main bathroom! We had a leak from the upstairs shower into our family room below. We decided to pay for a new bathtub even though insurance didn’t want to cover it. I’m glad we did because the pipe under the bathtub was cracked and could have leaked anytime! Unfortunately plumbing seems to last only about 20 years. Pro tip we learned, don’t install shower inserts in a second story. It’s not advisable per our plumber as the malleable plastic can also move the piping below. It’s asking for future leaks.

As luck would have it the primary shower at the Bodeen’s house leaked all over into the family room below. We’re finally underway with some renovations and will share our progress. Looking forward to sharing more before and afters! ❤️

Painting is done on our North Phoenix ranch home. What a difference painting makes to a home!

We’re way behind in updates! But here’s new siding and slump block repairs. Painting is happening this week and I cannot wait for the big reveal, it’s getting so close.

Cabinets are being installed in our Phoenix Ranch house and that’s always the turning point for us. You can really start to visualize the kitchen space 😍

Busted through 2 closets to turn an oversized primary bedroom into two bedrooms. It took a lot of drywall but these days 4 bedrooms are the new 3 because so many of you work from home! Can’t wait to share the final floor plan with you!
