Venting. I have car insurance, home insurance, and medical insurance. If I did not, I would face a fine and possibly more. My car was hit last week on US-60. The woman who hit me had no insurance and ended up going to jail. I went to the hospital. Now I'm left paying for it all. I'm sure the ticket she got will be ignored, as that's what she was arrested for: warrants.
Question.I have been seeing an advertisement about taking equity out of your home but not as a second mortgage or a HELOC. Keeping the interest the same. Is this a thing or just another way to grab money?
Any insurance Brokers that any of you can recommend and TRUST?
I need to take a car to a shop to make sure it's running right and have an oil change before I sell it. It's been a little neglected. Suggestions on where to take it?
