The summer clubbin’ is the clurb! Starting today. Come and get it! . This one has Provolone, turkey, bacon, avocado spread, house made herb cream cheese, arugula, cucumber, pickled red onion, dijomayo, on sourdough.

Because it’s peach season! We don’t have peaches for sale in the shop, but we do have burrata! We posted on our blog this salad recipe (I use the word loosely since it’s more of a guide) which has become our go to for, weirdly, camping!

Summer is officially here and we kicked off the season with a trip to Las Vegas. Hiking, eating, and picking up fresh cheese supplies from . Our second cookbook club meeting is in the books! The food, the people, the discussions, superb! Thanks everyone for sharing food from ’s book. The next cookbook club meeting will be June 28th from 4pm-6pm and we will be cooking from Mi Cocina.
