RIA's AGA Legislative Task Force supports the strategic pillar of advocacy. The task force is responsible for monitoring legislation impacting restorers, developing positions on legislation, and mobilizing restorers around legislative issues including, but not limited to: Mold Remediation, Contractor Laws & Regulations, Licensing, Right to Cancel Contracts, Home Improvement Laws, and Insurance-related Laws impacting restorers.
