This customers home was on the 3rd floor of a condo community. The complaint was the floor felt mushy and the tiles were popping up. Turned out that the subfloor under the tiles was completely disintegrating and had the potential of completely giving way. That would be one heck of a way to meet your downstairs neighbor! As you can see, we removed all of the failing subfloor, replaced it with new OSB, new plank flooring, and even replaced the vanity! They can now handle their business with peace of mind.
