✨At Right 2 Bragg, we believe in showing up exactly as you are. Whether you’re thriving or triggered, messy or motivated, your healing journey is valid, worthy, and powerful.

Monday Check-In 💭
You don’t have to wait for a new month, a new season, or a perfect moment.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, take inventory, and choose to move forward with purpose.

God didn’t create you to stay stuck.
He created you with clarity, confidence, and community in mind.
Let this be your sign to show up differently this week. No pressure—just intention. 💛

✨ This Week’s Reminder:
Make decisions like you know exactly who you are.

You are not confused.
You are not lost.
You are not small.

You are powerful.
You are worthy.
You are enough—right now, as you are.

At Right 2 Bragg, we believe in helping young people make choices rooted in confidence, clarity, and identity. Every decision you make should reflect your value, your vision, and the truth of who you were created to be.

Let this be the week you lead with purpose.
🎯 Own your voice.
🚫 Set the boundary.
✅ Choose what aligns.

Day 3: Focus on the problem, not the person. 💡✨

When we address behaviors instead of blaming individuals, we create space for growth, understanding, and resolution.

For example, say, ‘Let’s talk about what happened,’ instead of ‘You’re being bad.’ Communication is key to building stronger relationships. 💬

What’s one way you’ve shifted your approach to resolving conflict?

Share your tips below! ⬇️ And don’t forget to check back tomorrow for Day 4—another powerful step toward better connections. 🌟

Ever felt like your child just doesn’t listen? Start by modeling the behavior you want to see.
