Designed to feel more like a retreat than a traditional medical space, Manor Aesthetics was thoughtfully crafted to support wellness, comfort, and confidence from the moment guests walk through the door.
From custom millwork and warm lighting to a calming palette inspired by natural beauty, every detail was designed to create a serene experience while supporting the functionality of a modern aesthetic practice.

Celebrating 2 years since completion of this workspace for Barrow Neurological Institute 🧠

One of the most distinctive design elements in the space is the “neural network” ceiling feature woven throughout the open office. The branch-like ceiling baffles were designed to support acoustics while also representing the neural pathways that inspire Barrow’s mission of research, treatment, and global connection.

Rather than concealing the structure above with a traditional drop ceiling, our team embraced the openness of the space and worked closely with to integrate custom lighting that mimics neural signals moving through the network.

Congratulations to Lauren “G”! ✨ From undergrad to earning her master’s degree, we are so proud of her hard work and dedication. She’s spent the past two years as a full-time member of our team, bringing dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything she takes on--all while balancing a full course load.
We’re excited to see what she accomplishes next!

A new address and a new chapter ✨
We’re settling into our new office next month and can’t wait to share the space with our clients, collaborators, and friends who have been part of our journey over the years. Team “The Visionaries” brought the energy this weekend at the AIA Volleyball Tournament. Perfect weather, great people, and even better competition. It’s one of our favorite events of the year to connect with industry partners outside the office. And of course, we had to show up for the theme… Cruises & Hawaiian attire did not disappoint.
