Although this picture may seem just like every other “Home For Sale” generic photo out there; it means so so much more than that to me.

This is my very first listing. I have represented buyers now multiple times, but it’s always been a goal of mine to represent a seller. To have someone trust me enough to help with the process of selling something so precious to them. To have someone give me the opportunity to experience new things in this crazy industry that I love so much.

This particular client has already referred her father to me (which was actually my 2nd buyer client ever at that time) when he was looking for his forever home. As soon as his home was done being built, she approached me to talk about listing hers.

I can’t even begin to explain how excited & nervous all at once that I was. Typed and retyped the description 100 times to make sure it was perfect, spending countless hours making sure my market analysis was perfect and that I knew the area like the back of my hand, making sure I had the team in place to handle the transaction smoothly and efficiently, etc.. It needed to be PERFECT.

We posted it for $327,500. Just 72 hours & 7 offers later - it went under contract for well above list price. We are a still a few weeks to go from closing, but I am confident in myself and the team we have in place that we will get this transaction done quick & painlessly for my client.

The relationship I have formed with this family throughout this entire process is truly incredible & I will be forever grateful for that. 😊
