These last couple day haven’t been the easiest. Staying at home and staying productive is hard sometimes. It’s been mentally draining. I’m SO grateful to , the whole Jason Hall Team and for providing easy and practical steps for staying ground and keeping my head in the game! I’ve never been apart of a culture with such a spirit of giving and collaboration.

This CO.MMUNITY is a true tribe that is a force to be reckoned with!

These sticky notes have been on my mirror for the better part of a year. Yesterday I looked up at them and WOAH!! They are more applicable then ever!!

Anticipate and Embrace Change: I’ve never been good with change, but what I’ve learned is it’s the one thing I’ll never escape. I’m reminded that I need to step up to a challenge with every change: am I result of change or will I change my result?

Give You’re Mind a Break: I am not good at this. But it’s SOOOO important. My mind gets so filled with thoughts that are no longer serving me. Breathe in and Let go!

Be Content & Present: Quarantine has FORCED me to sit still and be present. I am so GRATEFUL for my health and having everything I need. Slowing down has become the new norm.
