For the last 30 days we’ve been hard at work on this commercial TI in Queen Creek. Drywall is up and ready to tape and texture.

The sheet rock is hung and taping and texture has begun at our Project in the Ahwatukee foothills.

We have officially started hanging Sheetrock on our large house set in the Ahwatukee foothills on the Phoenix mountain preserve.

We have been busy with this almost 11000 S/F house. It’s a full remodel backing up to the Phoenix Mountain preserve. Drywall starts tomorrow.

Progress is continuing on our project in Paradise Valley. The most exciting completion is the hidden room behind the book case.

Counter tops and tile work is getting close to completion on our project in Paradise Valley. Hopefully next week it will be cleaned up so we can post more pictures.

Work on our project in Paradise Valley has been moving along. Since our last post we’ve stuccoed, lates roofing tiles and started hard scape. Inside flooring file and cabinets keeping moving forward. A house this size is like 4 houses in one.

Work has progressed along at our project in Pardise Valley. Cabinets, tile, and wood floor are all moving along. In a house this size we have some much space we can have several trades working at the same time. On small homes each trade would come in individually.

We’ve started stone work on our project in Paradise Valley. Exterior precast concrete is going up, inside stone fireplace surrounds are being completed. Tile work has been slow due to materials not arriving on schedule. We also have doors and trim getting installed this week and painters will start inside at the end of the week.

Wednesday we poured concrete for a sports court at our project in Mesa. They started at 5:30am and finished around 7:30pm

It’s been a while since we’ve posted about a project in Paradise Valley. Since November the electrical plumbing and air-conditioning have all been completed in the rough-in phase. We have started sheet rock inside and Stucco on the outside.
