On June 9, Latha joins Uchi Scottsdale for a one-night-only collaborative dining experience to kick off the Uchi Summer Series.

Chef Digby Stridiron and the Uchi culinary team come together for an intimate ten-course omakase that explores the connections between cultures, ingredients, and traditions. Blending Uchi's innovative approach to Japanese cuisine with the flavors and foodways that inspire Latha—from Africa and the Caribbean to Brazil and the American South—each course reflects a shared passion for storytelling through food.

This special menu celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and the joy of gathering around the table. Thoughtfully curated and available for one evening only, the experience invites guests to discover unexpected pairings, bold flavors, and the unique dialogue that emerges when two distinctive culinary perspectives meet.

This week at Latha:
• Valentine’s Day Dinner (Saturday) — a three-course prix fixe for $95 per person, with a limited à la carte menu and a vegetarian option upon request.

• Galentine’s Brunch & Paint (Sunday) — a reservation-only experience featuring a three-course brunch and a mimosa for $75 per person, plus all painting supplies and a guided session led by muralist Sorayyah Anai Johnson. Regular brunch service will also be available.

• Chef’s Journey: Caribbean Edition (all month long)— our three-course prix fixe for $65 per person, inspired by Caribbean flavors and griot energy, available at all dinner services in addition to our regular menu.

Join us for a Sunday brunch centered around creativity, connection, and self-expression. This reservation-only Brunch & Paint experience includes a three-course brunch and a mimosa for $75 per person, along with all painting supplies and a guided paint session led by Sorayyah Anai Johnson, the Phoenix-based muralist behind Latha’s original hand-painted backdrop and murals found throughout the Valley.

Known for her bold, freehand style and visual storytelling rooted in Afro-spirituality, anime, and semi-realism, Sorayyah creates work that invites confidence and creative exploration.

Regular brunch service will also be available.

Valentine’s Day at Latha
February 14

Join us for a three-course prix fixe dinner at $95 per person, with a limited à la carte menu also available. Begin with strawberry & pecan palmista or saltfish escabeche with tostones, followed by spiny lobster in Crucian butter or a Capital Farms NY strip, and finish with chocolate melk tart, peanut caramel, and whipped honey.
