Holistic Beauty Secrets: Our New Calendula Balm — Healing With Ariana After a long winter slumber, I am back in my groove working in clinic and remotely as well as tinkering away behind the scenes making balms, candles, teas and more! I am excited to finally share with you one of my personal favorite therapeutic staples.

Home is where the spleen is 💛. This gesture of the hands coming together to form a triangle is representative of the Spleen Organ in Dao Yin style Qigong. When paired with the proper posture, movement, visualization, and sound vibrations, we purge our spleen and its ruling network (lymphatic system, stomach, pancreas etc..) of stagnation that may show up in our emotional behavior as obsessive worries and as literal as excessive fatigue and bloating/puffiness in our bodies.
