Some signs that you may need to unsubscribe to someone’s account:
1. You compare yourself to someones elses feed/life/body
2. You feel drained when you see someone’s posts or stories
3. Their account doesn’t spark joy
4. Their account is promoting diet culture or that you need to “change”

If you don’t feel comfortable blocking or unfriending someone try the mute tool. 💅🏼💕Then in a month see how your mental health is doing. Has having a break from THAT persons feed helped you? If so… keep it going!👍🏼

I think it’s hard to put your finger on who you need to unfollow (hey it might even need to be me! Which is totally ok!) 🤪so try to be mindful today of when you are scrolling on insta or Facebook…. What emotions pop up? Does this person uplift you or guilt you?💫✨

Honor your inner child ✨ (day 2 of )

What does honoring your inner child even look like? It means healing inner child wounds and embracing your younger self and reparenting them❤️

When I do inner child work (with my therapist) they have my imagine what age my inner child is. And then they have me imagine giving her a big hug and telling her that she is love, she is safe and her emotions are valid.

Part of healing our inner child is embracing them. 💕SO TODAY EMBRACE YOUR INNER CHILD!!! 🤪🎊Eat some food you loved when you were a child, do an activity you loved as a child or even watch your favorite childhood movie❤️🍿

This week we are focusing on self care and each day is different. Some of these self care tasks may be easy for you but hard for others❤️

We all have empty spots in our self care dimensions and physical self care (like taking a shower) is something I personally struggle with!!! 😅🥲 so to build momentum, some days I just get my feet wet, sometimes I’ll take a shower or bath… it just really depends on how overstimulated I am that day.

But getting into the practice of showering everyday has really stepped up my self care journey and now I’ve been able to add on a skin care routine some days 😉👍🏼

We are going for building momentum not perfection. So please tag me in your luxurious bubble bath pics or if you just got your feet wet💫 I’m so proud of you for putting effort and investing into YOURSELF with self care💕💕💕

It seems like we all related a little too hard to my question series “what are your signs you are not doing too good” 👀 so I thought I would make it into an infographic.🤪
Knowing and being able to recognize your physical and mental signs of when you are struggling is very important ❤️👏🏼because once you recognize it… you can do something about it.🎉
