Treatment completed:

Decay/old filling removal, new composite veneers placed, gum contouring with laser, and lots of polishing!

There was an existing crown on the left lateral that we did not replace. These were all done chairside with no down time or temporaries.

*Porcelain Repair*

This patient presented with a chip on the front of his veneers. It is subtle, but it bothered the patient and felt rough to his lips.

We discussed the age of these veneers and some underlying fractures so patient is aware they will likely need replacing in the future.

However, radiographically the veneers were perfectly sound. So with some special materials, we were able to repair this veneer in a conservative and cost-friendly way and buy him some more time.

He ended the appointment with:

Such a fun case to make recession "disappear" Patient was absolutely against grafting and wanted a better esthetic outcome than what she currently had. After discussing cause of the recession related to her bite, pt underwent Invisalign to balance her occlusion. This was years in the making, and we are so thrilled to be able to offer this as an option to her!

Using a mix of white and pink composites, from afar, her smile is way more balanced and esthetic. What do you think?!
