We just wrapped our 2026 Team Retreat π
We spent time reflecting on the current state of workforce development, the growing demand for skilled technicians, and the opportunities ahead for TechForce to make an even greater impact.
We shared what's already in motion, discussed new ideas, and aligned around how we can continue building resources, programs, and partnerships that help students not just start, but stay and succeed in their careers.
The momentum is real, and it's driven by a team that cares deeply about the mission. We're excited for what's ahead and can't wait to put these ideas into action!

It's always great to meet students where they are and help them explore what's possible for their future.
