Phoenix, pull up a chair! Highball is joining the citywide Summer Supper Series for one unforgettably tasty night 🌿🍸
For one night only, Chef Pierce Azlin Pierce Azlin of Industry Standard Industry Standard is taking over the Highball kitchen with globally inspired plates, featuring St. George Spirits . Highball bartenders Caleb Shroyer and Samantha Ortiz are spearheading a menu of unique, refreshing, food-driven cocktails designed to complement Pierce’s food.

Award-winning Chef Devan Cunningham puts his spin on a classic with our house made ceviche - poached white fish and shrimp tossed with salsa negra, cucumber, radish, onion, Serrano, and finished with micro cilantro. Some say it couldn’t be done, so naturally…..we put it on the menu!
We took the labor of a Ramos Gin Fizz, the bright herbal soul of a Piña Verde, and swapped the soda for a pony of Miller High Life. The result- silky, effervescent, and unexpectedly perfect.
Impossible? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely.
