The Portabatch is a very robust plant and highly regarded in the construction and mining industries worldwide. There have been innovations and upgrades for performance and safety over the years which has been recommended by the people on the ground using CMQ’s mobile plants. This makes them easier to operate, set up and maintain. A unique feature on the CMQ Portabatch and Mobile Silos is the shut-off plate above the horizontal screw. This allows you to empty the screw and leave some product in the Silo prior to travel which is a great advantage at the end of a project.

Features:
The Tailings Hopper and Conveyor will feed product into our Pugmill.
The Silo will discharge into the Loss of Weigh Hopper.
The Paste Hopper and Screen will receive, regulate and condition the paste material

We recently brought to Australia three Zimbabwean nationals who have extensive experience in the Quarrying, Mining and Construction industries. All new staff will add to the existing expertise we have at our Carole Park Workshop.

CMQ has proudly designed and manufactured its first 100 Tonne (GP cement) Mobile Silo.
The discharge rate is 105 tonnes of GP cement per hour.

As with all our Mobile Silos:
✅A standard prime mover can tow the plant without an es**rt
✅The sliding shut-off plate above the horizontal screw allows the screw to be
emptied for transport and maintenance, with product remaining in the silo
✅The plant is wired to Australian Standards, using steel wire armoured cable

CMQ’s qualified Site Crew has installed another Paste Plant in remote WA. Precision and expert organisation was essential in this location, 1000km from Perth. Well done team!

CMQ has designed a special support Trailer to mount a twin shaft mixer with a discharge conveyor to feed product into an Agi truck.
The mobile wet mix plant output is 120m³/hr.

Our latest Portabatch for Ok Tedi is heading to Brisbane Port to be shipped to PNG.
It is fitted with shipping lifting points to enable craneage to load the Portabatch onto a ship.
