Good morning Ladies,
I hope you all are having a great summer and relaxing before the Fall semester starts. Thank you Lynn for joining in last week to catch up! Lynn and I thought that a good topic this week to discuss would be:
As we know, there are many types of leadership. Just a few examples are Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Servant Leadership, and Democratic Leadership. What type of leader are you? Do some research on these types or choose one that you find during your research. On Thursday we will talk about the following:
1. What type of leadership I think best fits me?
2. Find a leader who also has this leadership style? How do you relate to them? ( Also find a picture of them so we can put a face to their name).
3. Can you tell me about a time when you demonstrated leadership skills?
Ladies, please don't be stressed about this. It's supposed to be fun and we will learn more about each other! I cant wait to see you all there and have an awesome discussion. I will post the google link to join Thursday morning.
Have a great week!
-Melissa and Leia
