Base Invaders are ready to take on International Pride Softball GSWS in Houston!

Man oh man.... What a weekend. I still am in disbelief of this team. They blow me away with their drive, positive attitude's, comradery and love for the game.

We went 0-2 in pool play and lost our first tournament play game. Instead of giving up and hanging their heads, they kept saying "goldfish".... Forget today and let's get it tomorrow. They all promised me that they planned on being at the fields all day Sunday and boy did they. After 4 straight wins (sending home last year's champions in game 4), we lost a little steam and lost game 5.

After a rough day, they fought hard and took 4th place out of 16.... I am truly honored to be a part of and lead such amazing group of people!!!

Special shout out to all the friends, spouses and partners who came to support us through the weekend... We love you!!!
