Our clients bought an Arcadia home that looked “OK” on the surface, but the layout and finishes didn’t match the value of the property. We reimagined the master bathroom into a true spa retreat 🛁🌿 — complete with our signature By Design Spa Tower separating the tub and shower.

The kitchen got a refresh 🍷👩‍🍳: new countertops, painted cabinets, hardware, fixtures, a custom wood hood, and a fluted island treatment. Now this home feels every bit Arcadia.

✨ Remodel Reveal! ✨ What started as an elaborate redesign pivoted into a ROI-focused refresh when the homeowners decided to sell 🏡. We modernized the master bath with a freestanding tub feature wall 🛁, re-tiled shower with pebble stone floors 🚿, chic new lighting 💡, and fresh cabinetry 🎨. Out went the dated travertine, in came wide-plank hardwood for a clean, contemporary vibe 🪵. And the showstopper ➡️ we completely reframed the old round beehive fireplace into this sleek, angular black porcelain centerpiece 🔥🖤.

✨ The Ultimate Pool Bath Retreat ✨

Designed and built to elevate outdoor living in Arizona, this pool bath brings luxury and functionality together. Since natural light was limited and a skylight wasn’t an option due to complex roof trusses, we got creative—utilizing LED lighting and frosted plexiglass to simulate a skylight. The result? A beautifully illuminated, spa-like oasis. 🌿🚿

Final design and material selection day for our whole house transformation in North Scottsdale. We’re doing some unique design elements in this kitchen that you’re not going to want to miss!

With the summer months approaching, who doesn’t want to be at the beach? But sometimes we just can’t get away. Our client wanted one of the guest baths to bring a little bit of their vacation home back to Paradise Valley. Just looking at the cool blue glass tiles makes our core temperature drop at least a couple degrees.

One of our favorite pool baths. We wanted to bring the natural light into this shower, but structurally a skylight was not possible. We collaborated with our lighting designer and fabricated a faux skylight to simulate natural lighting.

Can you imagine having a closet with a breathtaking view, while your bathroom was tucked away in a corner? We couldn't let this space go to waste, so we partnered with to transform it into a spa-like retreat with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling steam shower overlooking the stunning lights of Paradise Valley. This space will soon be a temple for relaxation and rejuvenation. Stay tuned for more updates on this project!

Arguably the best cure for unseasonably cold weather is 30 minutes in a massive steam shower, followed by curling up with a good book next to a custom fireplace.
