Hello and happy Monday! ✨✨ As we kick off the week, we wanted chat about the importance of the work environment you may find yourself in. Why? Becasue this can correlate to where you find yourself the most productive. There are so many factors that are playing into our different work environments that could potentially cause distraction or even discomfort. While some of these may be unavoidable, many are! 💡

First things first, everyone is different. What works for her, may not work for you. What works for your coworker, may not work for you! What works for your friends, may not work for YOU! 😅

Try out different lighting, seats, desks, times, coffee shops, decor, planners. Whatever it is, there are endless options and resources available to help you be the most productive as possible. Practically, here are a few tips that might help you along the way.

1. Give your gadgets a home. 📱 While you may have some necessary for your work, put away and limit whatever you don't need. Smartphones, tablets and other gadgets can help you stay organized and efficient, but they can also be a big distraction and time waster. The best way to avoid this wasted time is to find a home for gadgets and LEAVE them there. 

2. Create opportunities for movement. 🏃🏼‍♀When you have hit a wall of productivity, make sure to move around and reposition yourself to be thinking in new, creative ways. This will help you stay focused and right on task!

3. Make your space personal. 🌻 Wherever you find yourself working, try and add some visual appeal to your workspace. Whether that's organizing the coffee shop table the way you like it or having a complete set up on your desk, work around what you like to look at.

We've got some tips for you coming from our Podcast Manager, Em! Maybe you've been struggling with really hooking your podcast audience. Looking to grow in this area? We got you! Let's get started... 💭

1. Leave people asking questions in your show notes and copy. Doing this, you have the leverage and can easily persuade them to listen to your episode and hopefully gain a loyal follower 💫

2. Pay attention to how you're promoting your podcast on social media. Make sure that you are reaching your audience and ideal clients on their preferred social media platform. Do they love Facebook? start a Facebook community. Have a significantly younger audience? Try making reels or TikTok's! ⚡️

3. Make sure you're reaching your audience. How?? Offer free resources for listening to your episodes, do polls on social media (Ex: "What topics do you want to hear me talk about? What should we talk about this week?"), and reply back to DM's or comments on social media.📱

All of these things will build a strong connection with your audience and result in a lean in to your podcast! 🎙
