Ms. Palma’s young scientists have been putting their green thumbs to the test! 🌱🔬

Last week, students planted bean seeds 🫘 and placed some in the 🌑 dark and others in the ☀️ sunlight to answer one big question: Do plants need sunlight to grow?

After checking on their seeds this week, they made an exciting discovery! Plants can begin to grow in the dark, but without sunlight, they can’t stay healthy and continue growing. ☀️🌱

Ms. Palma’s class had so much fun making observations, exploring the results, and learning through hands-on science! 🧑‍🔬👩‍🔬💚
