We are excited to see all the work and progress thats happening on site -

A small, cozy container home as a single family residential home, in Surprise, Arizona.

The 1215 SF, custom designed home was crafted upon client's request for upcycling and re-purposing 3 shipping containers measuring 40' X 8' and 1 small container measuring 20' X 8', on a remote private property.

Sitting at an elevation, the container home was carefully designed to direct the views from the living spaces to the vast lands around, while carefully guarding the interiors from the solar heat gain of the valley.

Valley Square Playground - for Valley Christian Schools

Located near the intersection of Guadalupe Rd. & S. Price Rd. in Tempe, is our new playground remodel project. The project is a demo and renovation of a K-4 playground - 0.44 acres - currently under construction.

Site Master Planning

Sometimes, sketching gives us more time to think and reflect on our design. Each line has a purpose, and each placement should be meaningful. Graphite can be erased, blurred out, blended, and added on to, to create more iterations of the design.
