Hi, I’m Meg— known as your greatest wedding-day ally 😎

I graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Management, fully expecting my path to stay within the corporate events world. I was working events with JW Marriott when COVID hit… and like so many others in hospitality, I was laid off overnight.

But what felt like a full stop, turned out to be a pivot.

I took everything I knew—logistics, timelines, guest experience, vendor management—and opened my own event planning business. I networked (a lot), showed up for Phoenix vendors, built relationships, created systems, grew a team, and put in the behind-the-scenes work that no one sees. Slowly, that groundwork turned into a portfolio… and that portfolio turned into full-service luxury events, from weddings to destination travel.

Today, I’m focusing my heart and expertise on day-of wedding coordination—making sure couples can actually enjoy their day while every detail runs seamlessly in the background. Calm energy, organized timelines, trusted vendors, and someone who’s truly in your corner? That’s my lane. 🥊

Outside of weddings, you’ll usually find me being a proud dog mom 🐾, a very involved auntie, soaking up nature, or on the mat earning stripes as a jiu-jitsu blue belt 🥋. I love structure, connection, and showing up for the people who trust me with their biggest moments.

How to create your wedding/ event timeline!

When building an event timeline, it's crucial to account for potential delays or hiccups that can occur, no matter how well-organized the plan may be. When you have the added flexibiltiy of hosting at home, ditch the harsh timelines!

First, list out your event activities in the order they will happen. Then add in vendor service hours and leave the other items without times.
For example:
- 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Catering team serves dinner
- Toasts by Mom, Dad, MOH & Best Man
- Cake Cutting
- 9:00pm: Bartending service ends

This will allow the event to flow smoothly without feeling rushed or forced. This enables everyone to be present in the moment and truly enjoy the celebration!
