On Oct. 3, Formula 1, which is a popular international auto racing league, filed a “Notice of Opposition” before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board against Arena Football One. Nike and Abercombie & Fitch are also submitting similar appeals.

F1’s grounds for appeal against AF1 include, “likelihood of confusion,” and “likelihood of dilution.” More:
