Philly Style Bagels a Philadelphia bagel shop located in BOTH Fishtown and Old City! The business was started by Collin Shapiro and Jonathan Zilber.
Inspired by tradition, Philly Style Bagels are slow fermented in small batches, hand rolled, and boiled before baking, but with an innovative process that bends the rules of bagel making. Ramps are back baby! I looked it up and it’s called La cebolla silvestre in Spanish so now I can them Sylvester Scalliones 🥊🏋🏻♀️ when it come to flavor, this one packs a lot of punch

Pastrami egg and cheese will be coming back soon in for a short bit.
Also we now have new tea offerings. In old city we have Iced Oat Matcha, and Iced Elderberry Hibiscus tea. In Fishtown and old city we have iced oat chai.
Should we bring matcha to Fishtown??
