With just 390 cases bottled by World Aparts Wines their “In The Flowers~Dry Grown & Barrel Fermented 2024 Riesling” offers the perfect match for Chef Anthony DiSabato’s Summer creation, our Corn & Crab Cappelletti Pasta. Presenting bracing acidity, petroly complex intense lemongrass and aromatic white clover floral notes, this Riesling creates a worthy, memorable pairing that complements the sweet richness of the saffron scented corn & crab pasta, balancing with it’s own touch of textured sweetness all at a refreshingly modest 10.4% abv.
