We are very excited to introduce our new Chef Patrick Bones! Chef Bones has trained under many notable chef throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area. With experience in the kitchens of Vetri Cucina, The DeBruce, Lacroix, Osteria & Barberet (to name a few) he has spent many years honing his versatile style with focus on building relationships with and sourcing from local and regional purveyors for creative, hyper seasonal dishes. He has been with us a few weeks now, sending out amazing dishes with the help of Sous Darius Hemperly and the rest of the team. We are excited to have him here and invite you to stop by, say hello and taste the menu 🍻
