Itās funny how life changesā¦
I used to think about what I wanted to eat all day.
Now Iām thinking about whatās actually going to make me feel good, energized, and aligned with the life Iām building.
Because this journey isnāt just about losing weightā¦
Itās about becoming the version of me who shows up on purpose.
And if that means turning my car into a full-blown nutrition strategy meeting⦠so be it š
No gym? No time? No problem.
I did this workout right at home⦠because letās be honestāāI donāt have time to get to the gymā is NOT the reason. Itās the excuse.
You donāt need perfect conditions.
You need a decision.
20 minutes. Your living room. Your body.
