I’m not working out because I love it…
I’m working out because I finally love myself enough not to quit.

Because I remember the version of me who gave up.
The one who started over every Monday…
who talked herself out of her own potential…
who didn’t think she was worth the effort.

And I can’t go back to her.

So even when it hurts…
even when I’m tired…
even when nobody’s clapping for me…

I keep going.

Because this time… I’m not abandoning myself.

Just driving around on a Monday, meal prepping in my head… calculating protein, fiber, water intake, and somehow still forgetting what I walked into the kitchen for šŸ˜…

It’s funny how life changes…
I used to think about what I wanted to eat all day.
Now I’m thinking about what’s actually going to make me feel good, energized, and aligned with the life I’m building.

Because this journey isn’t just about losing weight…
It’s about becoming the version of me who shows up on purpose.

And if that means turning my car into a full-blown nutrition strategy meeting… so be it šŸ˜‚
