NEW MOON IN VIRGO HOROSCOPE BY KELLY FROM PATHWAYS 2 HEALING ASTROLOGY

Hello everyone, we are having the annual new Moon in Virgo late on September 10th in the Americas but for the rest of the world it will be happening on September 11th. Virgos love a new Moon because it is a chance to do something right. That may sound a little harsh but to a Virgo making sure something is done the right way is one of the most important things in life. At this time whatever you start will allow you the opportunity to plant the seeds and watch it grow, a Virgo specialty. You may feel the need to make something “perfect” but the real point of this new Moon is to do your best to ensure that your vision for this time becomes your reality in the future. Long, hard work is rewarded with the sign of Virgo, so if you don’t see the results right away, know that time is on your side and that is the point of a new Moon. Not to see the conclusion of your endeavors but to have the chance to start a new cycle.

Now with this new Moon there is a lot of other astrological activities happening that are going to bring in an energy shift, that may be much needed. Here’s the list of what’s happening:

Venus enters Scorpio where it will start it’s retrograde
Mercury enters Libra
Uranus goes retrograde in Gemini

Together with a new Moon we start to go forward with new perspectives, values, ideas and an urge to really make sure we have everything correct and in order so we can check all the boxes. I do want to point out these are very different energies to have at once, so it can be hard to tell what the most important thing to do first is, do we want something more real and exciting (Venus in Scorpio), are we trying to communicate something in a more diplomatic way so we can get what we want in the long run (Mercury in Libra), or do we need to spend time thinking about something, perhaps a piece of information that we learned about that doesn’t make sense to us (Uranus retrograde). If that feels confusing, don’t worry, the new Moon is here to help us sort it out and make a list from most important to least important.

Finally, I want to acknowledge that this new Moon is happening with the 25th anniversary of September 11th. This very tragic event is something where we all take time to remember those that lost their life. It is such an incredibly powerful day and having a new Moon in Virgo brings in new information and new perspectives that lead to understanding this day differently than we did before. We’ve already seen some of that, when earlier this week reports about the air quality around the site came out. I know I feel like I’ve been learning stories about the victims and survivors that I haven’t heard before, which makes me reflect on it in an even more meaningful way. So, I wanted to point this out because this September 11th can help us to learn insight into the details of this horrific, historical moment in the United States.

Thank you to all who read this, I know I will be taking time around this new Moon to remember and reflect on those who lost their lives, and I’m sure many of you will too. When we have a new Moon, we must be patient and wait to see what it will bring. That’s why new Moons work so well with Virgo, they don’t mind working hard and being patient because they know that the attention to detail they gave was done correctly and will pay off. FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE IN PISCES HOROSCOPE BY KELLY FROM PATHWAYS 2 HEALING

Hello everyone, on Thursday, August 27, 2026, we have a full Moon lunar eclipse in Pisces. Before I go into details about this, I want to go back and talk about another event that happened earlier this year that is pretty important and I think is getting lost in understanding what is happening now, I will go back and connect it to this eclipse though. I do want to put a small disclaimer that in order to discuss this I am going to have to cover some world events and politics, I will do my best to keep my human biases out of the conversation but I think it is important that we be honest in Astrology about how global politics fits into the discussion regardless of political views. With that said, if you know me you know where I stand but let me assure you that is not influencing my interpretation of the sky. So if you recall, earlier in the year we had a major astrological transit that was talked about by probably every Astrologer for quite a while, where Saturn and Neptune came together at 0 degrees of Aries. This happened on February 20th and on February 28th the United States launched a war against Iran. Now let’s talk about what 0 degrees of Aries means: this is a pivotal starting point, in Astrology it is the start of the year when we have the Spring equinox, and so the implications for Neptune and Saturn meeting here and having a global restart were high. And what happened was very Aries, a leader of a military abruptly declared war without a solid plan or structure of how to operate that war. That is a literal example of Astrology playing out on the world stage. Remember Aries can be that warrior that runs into a burning building without a hose. Because of this, I think the start of this war is going to be looked at as the event that changed the course of history. We may not know the full implications of this war, but we can see how it has influenced the direction of not only the United States but pretty much every country around the world.

Okay, so fast forward to the present. We are now at the end of the eclipse season with a full Moon lunar eclipse in the sign of Pisces. This is interesting because the eclipses usually go with the nodes. Meaning, whatever signs the north and south node are in determine when we have eclipse season. However, in July the nodes moved from north node in Pisces and south node in Virgo (where they have been for the past year and a half) to north node in Aquarius and south node in Leo. This is a little unusual but not unheard of. It does seem as though the north node in Pisces is coming back one last time to have what will likely be a very dramatic good-bye. The reason I say this is because Pisces is about the dream, the dream of what could be but not the plan to make it a reality. This is where Saturn and Neptune come in. Pisces is the ruler of Neptune, so Neptune is about the dream, but Saturn is the planet of reality, so it was always that the dream had to face reality at some point. When Saturn and Neptune met in February the north node was still in Pisces, but now it is not and we are having a full moon eclipse in Pisces which typically represents a conclusion, since it is an eclipse it can be a more emotionally charged ending. For your own life and your own peace understand that it’s time to create a dream that is more realistic, that you can actually have and that will last. Although that may at first be hard to accept it doesn’t mean we have to give up on our dreams completely, but they might have to be changed.

As we move forward accepting “the new reality” is something we are all going to have to do. Sometimes the details of the dream must evolve but my wish for us all is that we have the strength and wisdom to allow this process to happen. History is changing, and so are we. FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS HOROSCOPE BY KELLY FROM PATHWAYS 2 HEALING

Hello everyone, we are at a very interesting time, because on Wednesday, July 29th at 10:36 am EST we are having the full Moon in Aquarius. All full Moons can bring a level of intensity, but this one is going above and beyond. That is because this full Moon will be conjunct Pluto in Aquarius and they will be opposite the Sun conjunct Jupiter in Leo. Now full Moons are opposite the Sun but this time the Moon will be with Pluto, a planet known for deep transformation and the Sun will be vibrant in Leo conjunct Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion, and when the Sun conjuncts Jupiter it is typically known as the “luckiest day of the year.” Now as an Aquarius Sun I think this sign is misunderstood. It is about our individuality and what we can do in our own unique way to contribute to improving the world. We all have something unique to offer and by being our authentic selves we can make the world a better place. Leo believes that it is inherently special and because of this, it gives off an energy of love to the world and it goes around spreading it to others. If you’ve been following me, you know that I believe that the Leo – Aquarius axis is about love, not romantic love but where love comes from and how we share it with others. Normally, the annual Sun – Moon opposition in these signs would bring a level of intensity on its own, however with the Moon together with Pluto it deepens that intensity and brings a level of emotionality with it. The Sun and Jupiter together suggest that there is some kind of break that will act as a release valve to this energy. But what needs to be released? The answer to this is a part of a larger unfolding story. Many of you might have heard of the Barbault’s Basket which is something that has been circulating on online Astrology communities for a while, I had an article about it a few weeks ago which is available on my Substack. And basically, what this is are the outer planets making aspects to each other. This configuration has been in effect for a few weeks, and this full Moon isn’t exactly the finale, but it is a turning point. The way I think of this full Moon is that we bought a ticket to a play and this is the end of the first act where we realize what the play is actually about. Some of us might be like “oh wow, I didn’t realize that is what I bought a ticket for” but we did, and we are here so know we have to see how the rest of the story unfolds.

Now there are a few more things with this full Moon. One of them is that the nodes of the Moon have now moved into Aquarius and Leo. The nodes are not actually planets, they are points on the elliptic and there are two of them – the north node which points us in the direction we are going and the south node which is where we are at and where we need to make a conscious choice to move away from. The nodes always move backwards, so they are always retrograde and they have been in Pisces and Virgo and very recently the north node moved into Aquarius and the south node into Leo. With the south node being in Leo and having Jupiter transiting through Leo over the next year, this is going to bring some very fortunate “coincidences” with it. Well, it’s more like we are going to see that there is no such thing as coincidences but there is such thing as fate. But because the Sun and Jupiter are going to be together for this full Moon it is almost as if even though Leo likes to be the center of attention, it’s pointing us over to the Moon and Pluto telling us “No, look what Aquarius has in store for you.” I think if we make a conscious choice to go in a different direction it will help to release some of this intensity that we are feeling at this time.

So, there is one more thing I have to take about. That is, on the same day Venus and Mars, the cosmic lovers, are going to square each other which is an aspect of tension. With Venus in Virgo and Mars in Gemini it’s kind of like all the little things your partner does is getting on your nerves and you just have to say something. This energy is definitely going to contribute to the intensity of the full Moon. So be careful about who you argue with but know that it is part of the process and fun at this time.

Well everyone, we are certainly on a journey now. This is a time when we are meant to go in a different direction and where that direction is taking us may start to be revealed. Along the way though, remember you are here for a purpose and understanding who you are is something that must happen now. Also, pick your battles carefully, we might have to fight a little but make sure these fights are worth it. NEW MOON IN CANCER HOROSCOPE BY KELLY FROM PATHWAYS 2 HEALING

Hello everyone, on July 14th we have our annual new Moon in Cancer. This is where the Sun and the Moon come together in a given sign to express the values of each of the 12 zodiac signs. Now we are on Cancer, which is a water sign, and it is deeply intuitive and emotional. It uses its intuition for guidance rather than strategic planning, with Cancer if it doesn’t feel right then it won’t happen. It also represents the home and our need to nurture and to be nurtured. When I talk about Cancer and nurturing, what I mean are the things in life that make us feel loved and secure. These are often concepts we learn from childhood, from our family of origin and the home we grew up in. Sometimes these are hard lessons and we do not have pleasant experiences which can lead to trauma and the need for healing. With this new Moon in Cancer, it is an opportunity for us to redefine what nurturing means to us and explore how we want to be nurtured and to show nurture to others. There are a lot of ways that this can be expressed, but Cancer also rules patriotism and love of homeland so this could be a time where acts of patriotism are on display. When I think of a positive way for this to be expressed, I think about the World Cup and how that is something we could see a lot of during the end of these games. However, there are also examples of lower forms of patriotism that could be on display now. Tribalism is a way to separate people into groups that only want to protect “your own.” During this new Moon the divide in showing higher forms of patriotism and lower forms of patriotism may be strong and it is up to all of us to use our free will to express ourselves in a way that can create a better world. This is where we go back to understanding and possibly redefining nurturing within ourselves. A Cancer new Moon is a great time to revisit the past in order to build a better future.

The other reason this new Moon in Cancer has the ability to be even more powerful is that it is happening right near the beginning of the Barbault’s Basket. In my previous article I wrote about Barbault’s Basket and how during the next two weeks it will be activated when all the outer planets will be making trines and sextiles to one another except for Jupiter and Pluto which will be in opposition. If you haven’t heard of this, I would encourage you to read my previous article on Substack. This is the week that starts the activation period and it will go into next week. Since it is at the beginning when we have the new Moon, this is a powerful time for a restart. The changes that the Barbault’s Basket will bring can be quite profound and bring long-lasting transformation to the world. With the new Moon ushering this 2-week period in we have the chance to start a new cycle in the Cancer areas of our life. It’s important to remember that the Barbault Basket configuration is happening in fire and air signs, so this is the only chance for us to get in touch with the emotional water side of ourselves.

We are living in a time where major changes are taking place. The thing is that we all get a say in what those changes will be. What we do with our lives and the choices we make will have a lasting impact, whether you realize it or not. This new Moon is an official restart to some area of our life that most likely has to do with our intuitive, emotional and nurturing side. Our need for love and security and how we individually define what home is to us will be highlighted at this time. So, I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone reading this, I hope you find your version of ‘nurture’ so you can feel secure going through this period. NEW MOON IN TA**US HOROSCOPE BY KELLY FROM PATHWAYS 2 HEALING ASTROLOGY

Hello everyone, on May 16th we have our annual new Moon in Ta**us. It is important to understand the difference between the new Moon and full Moon phases – when we have a full Moon it is an opposition between the Moon and the Sun, so they are in opposite signs. However, when we have a new Moon, they are in the same sign. With an opposition it is the closing of a cycle and there needs to be a compromise between the Sun and the Moon, they need to find a way to meet in the middle. That’s not true with a new Moon, the Sun and the Moon agree on the principles of that sign and these are the characteristics they are trying to bring forth, and so should we. With Ta**us you do hear a lot about finances, this is because having adequate resources leads to security and stability, it takes away the pressure so you can just enjoy your life. There is another layer here too in that Ta**us seeks pleasure and beauty in this world. When it comes to earth signs it’s all about taking a part of the lived experience on earth and immersing yourself in it. With Ta**us, it wants to feel joy. This is an essential part of feeling alive to Ta**us. Now of course everyone wants to experience joy but for Ta**us, joy is supposed to allow ease and relaxation into your life, that’s why having the resources you need to feel stable is so important, Ta**us doesn’t want you to stress about money and neither does this new Moon. Now this is happening at an interesting time because that’s kind of what is happening all over the world, but with Astrology timing is no coincidence. In some ways this new Moon can help to relieve the stress that we are feeling now. When we think about how the Sun, which is a guiding force in our lives, is symbolically coming together with the Moon, which represents our emotions and heart’s desires, it is telling us that finding pleasure and joy no matter how small in something that is real and tangible will go a long way to opening up new doors and moving us forward into a new era. When you really start to study the signs and their architypes you realize that Ta**us wants you to define wealth for yourself and not based on how others define it, so what you define as beautiful and what you define as pleasurable is up to you and you alone. This is what will allow you to feel that stability Ta**us is always craving.

Another aspect that will help bring all of this together is that the new Moon will be sextiling Jupiter. This allows for an easy flow of abundance between you and whatever it is you are seeking at this time. If you put any effort, any amount of work into opening a new door or starting a new chapter it will pay off, it might not happen immediately, but Ta**us is about planting seeds that will bring in the prosperity you need for a long time to come.

It’s no secret that we live in complicated times, and it’s not that this new Moon ends that era, it’s that we get a little break. How we use that break and what we do to allow joy into our lives is up to us. Beauty, pleasure and abundance are available with this new Moon as long as we are willing to give it time to grow. NEW MOON IN ARIES 2026 HOROSCOPE BY KELLY FROM PATHWAYS 2 HEALING ASTROLOGY

Alright, anybody that knows me knows that my favorite band is Korn. In 1994 when they came out with their debut album their first single was Blind. The first three words that the lead singer Jonathan Davis screams to introduce you to them, is “Are You Ready?” Now if you haven’t heard this song go look it up because me typing it here doesn't do it justice, although I bet I have some fellow Korn fans on here that know what I am talking about. On April 17th we have a new Moon in Aries with not only the Sun and the Moon in Aries, but also Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Neptune and the asteroid Chiron. So, planet earth - ARE YOU READY!?!?!?! Because this concentrated energy in a sign like Aries is powerful. It is adrenaline, it is an energy that wants you to keep going no matter what is in the way. This is why we associate Aries with the warrior and the athlete; it doesn’t matter if you are an athlete, you will have the mentality and the spirit of one. What we have to understand is this is the element of fire, and fire purifies what is around it but it does this by being destructive. Also, when we talk about Aries we are talking about the sign that likes to be first, it is the first sign of the zodiac and it is the sign that likes to be the leader, the one out front of everybody. Now imagine a few days when the whole world is experiencing this energy. That is what we have going on now, for this new Moon. You may have found yourself busier than normal this week, I know I was and that is because of the
7-planet pile-up in Aries. The culmination of this energy is the new Moon on Friday. Like with all new Moons, it’s the start of a new cycle but this is important because it is the first new moon in Aries after the Saturn / Neptune conjunction in Aries which happened February 20th. This can signal a shift in what drives us in our day-to-day lives and becomes a point where change is inevitable. These changes may come at us fast so take a moment before you respond because the Aries energy wants us to react, but a good leader needs to think before acting, which is the challenge now.

Now this is the point in the article where I say, “but wait, there is more!” This time, what ‘the more’ is, may be even more significant than the new Moon. On April 19th, just two days after a new cycle begins, we have a Mars, Saturn conjunction in Aries. These are two planets that on their own have a reputation for being somewhat difficult to deal with. We have Mars, which is ruled by Aries, known as the planet of war and Saturn which is known for having a deep desire for rewarding hard work but only if it is earned, coming together in a sign that prefers action over thoughtful consideration. Imagine if two stubborn people are forced to work together and come up with a plan but all they do is collide by digging their feet deep into their own ways of doing things. I want to be very honest, this is not easy energy. Conflict around this time is almost guaranteed. How long this conflict will last and how difficult the consequences will be is a different story, at least in our own lives where we have some control. Obviously, there are many things in this world that we can not change, but the point of Aries is knowing when and how to be a leader. So in your own life, try and figure out where you can lead, and where you need to step back and let go of control. After all, this is the battle of Mars and Saturn.

This is a challenging time right now. I think it is important to keep in mind that the decade of the 2020s is meant for change. It just so happens that this is one of the weeks where a lot of that change is supposed to happen, or at least where it starts. Where are you starting to see change take place in your life?
