Level Up

We don't celebrate many of the 'National' Days around here, but you know we needed to celebrate at the office today! We took advantage, ordered 3 dozen donuts for everyone to have as they showed up to work, and enjoyed a high-energy-filled morning of meetings.

We're surrounded today by the dead of our wars. We owe them a debt we can never repay. All we can do is remember them and what they did and why they had to be brave for us. All we can do is try to see that other young men never have to join them. Your 'why'

It is a powerful thing. We work with every member of Level Up to help them get clarity on their 'why'. Because if your why is strong enough, no obstacle or setback will stop you.

Think for yourself. What is your 'why'? What are you looking to build? Who are you looking to build it with? What do you want to be able to do in your future that no matter what happens, nothing can hold you back?

Once you identify that, you will be invincible.

We challenge each other to put ourselves in situations to learn and grow. We understand that is the only way we can level up as people. We are still sharing and implementing things we learned at the recent conference we attended in Philadelphia. Since only a portion of our sales team attended, we also just registered to attend another conference out of King of Prussia at the end of May. There are always opportunities to learn; you just can't sit back and wait for it to come to you. You need to seek it out.

We've been working with our client to have a large training class begin with us in May. Well, the time has come, and we are very excited to welcome some top talent to the company. With that being said, we wanted to create a space outside of the office and conference room to get to know each other.

This Thursday, May 7th at 7:45 PM, we will be hosting a Meet the Team Happy Hour at Victory Brewing Company. For anyone new or about to join the copmany, please come and feel free to bring a loved one or friend. We love the chance to get to truly know who we'll be working side by side with.

We were very fortunate to attend a regional conference in Philadelphia, where small to medium-sized sales and marketing firms traveled from DC to NYC to meet and run workshops on leadership, sales, and personal development. We had a great time networking, hearing different perspectives, and learning best practices on how we can 'level up' who we are as individuals and as a company.
