Part 2: Pull up & Lay up attack series
Here is One of favorite drills! While in attack mode during a fast break you have two options , 1. Go for the lay up(dunk) 2. Pull up. This drill allows you to be creative while working on getting past your defender. I usually start at half court and attack the chair from there!
Part 1: Side Step Pull Up
This workout is very effective for working on the pick & roll and creating space from the defender. Having this separation can create a lot of opportunities for you and your teammates. Like, 1. (Open Shot) 2. (Drive & dish) etc.
