A space filled with joy, tradition, and good people. 🐴✨ Saturday at the Radnor Hunt Races was exactly that.
And perhaps the best news…The Radnor Hunt Foundation will carry on the legacy of the Races going forward! So happy to hear it!
Community is everything. Here’s to many more years of memories like this one.
I say it in almost every speech: none of us can do this alone.
The West Chester University Employee Celebration Event reminded me why I believe that so deeply.
The right collaborators, like Todd Rodeghiero and the Talent Buyers Network, don’t just open doors. They help your message get to the people who need it most. Todd, thank you for being that partner.
Bill Helzlsouer, thank you for the beautiful introduction. Jaime Whitcomb and Eric Guiser, thank you for making this day come together so seamlessly.
We talked about the rubber band. About how stretched we all are before we’ve even had our coffee, before the first email, before the day has really started. And I watched people in that room feel seen in that image.
That look on someone’s face when something lands. That’s the sweet spot. That’s what all the prep and all the work is for.
It’s not just why I do this. It’s my purpose.

What an incredible morning at Manor College's Commencement Ceremony! 🎓
As a member of the Manor College Board, I had the honor of sitting on that stage and watching more than 100 graduates receive their degrees, and I cannot tell you how proud I felt in that moment.
Mark and Ann Baiada of BAYADA Home Health Care delivered the commencement address and were each presented with honorary degrees. Ann reminded us that one person truly has the power to change their world. Mark's 10 rules for life included this gem: "Dream big, open your heart and grow up, don't grow old."
Congratulations to every single graduate and the families who cheered them on. This is YOUR day and you deserve every bit of it!
Not succeeding yet is not the same as failing. I mean that.
There is real value in the struggle.
Something is being built inside you during the hard season that cannot be built any other way. The setback is not your story. It is the setup for what comes next.
I sat down with Joe Callari on his Philly Legends Podcast with Joe "2Cool" Callari and we got into exactly this.

And if someone in your life needs to hear it today, send it to them.

Some rooms just have a different energy. The Power of Professional Women Mentoring Program Graduation was one of them.
Speaking to these women reminded me why community isn’t just a nice-to-have. It’s the whole thing. These women didn’t just attend a program. They led it, challenged each other, and came out the other side ready to lead with purpose.
Knowing your priorities. Putting learning into practice. Building connections that hold.
That’s the work. And they did it.
To the organizations and leaders who invest in programs like this, this is what transformation looks like. It doesn’t happen in a single keynote. It happens when you create a space where women feel safe enough to do the real work, and lead it.

Saturday was a blast!
I attended the Derby Day fundraiser at Triple Crown at The Radnor Hotel, a beautiful event supporting TRRAC (Thoroughbred Retirement, Rehabilitation & Careers) and the retired Thoroughbreds they care for in Chester County.
And I spent the entire evening just being there. Talking. Listening. Looking people in the eyes.
No posing. No scrambling for the shot. Just real connection. That doesn't happen enough. Saturday reminded me how much it matters.
A big congratulations to Fearless Restaurants, Sydney Grims, and the entire team for creating such a memorable evening. Can't wait for next year.🐴

There's a certain kind of moment when you're exactly where you're supposed to be, with exactly the people you're supposed to be with.
I had that on Sunday.
The women of St. Thomas of Villanova Parish invited me to share my faith journey as part of their Women's Speaker Series. What I found in that room was connection, shared faith, and a reminder that the two are deeply linked. Faith has always been what I return to when resilience is running low. That room reminded me of that truth in the best possible way.
A heartfelt thank you to Julia Rafferty, Peggy Schumann, Susan Fitzgerald, and Jennifer Watts for making this event possible.
And to my friends who walked through that door just to show up for me...You know who you are. It means everything.
Grateful for rooms like that one. 🙏🏼

If you know anything about me, you know I love setting a beautiful table.
It's not about perfection. It's about intention. It's a way of saying: I see you, I'm glad you're here, and I took time to make this special because you are.
This weekend, some of the most wonderful people I know gathered around my table. People who believe in where I'm headed next and want to help me get there. The kind of support that, if I'm being honest, still makes me shake my head and think, how did I get this lucky?
My husband cooked. I set the table. And together we raised a glass to what's ahead. Even Mr. Bradley joined the fun 🐾
If you have people like this in your life, hold them close. 🥂
Resilience isn’t just about bouncing back.
It’s a skill set. A practice. A choice you make in the space between what happens to you and how you respond.
Last night at WeConnect presented by The Walnut Club, I delivered this keynote, and as I spoke, I could see the message landing. I could see it connecting. Those moments are exactly why I know this work matters and why I need to keep getting it in front of as many people as possible.
I shot this quick video after the speech because the conversation was too good not to continue.
Thank you to The Walnut Club for an incredible evening. 🙏
Watch, share, and tell me: what’s your default response when life comes at you?
This was fun! I sat down with Greg Baz on his Why You Do It - Podcast to talk about one of the biggest pivots of my career...stepping away from the anchor desk to do this work full time. Because for me, the why was clear: people are overwhelmed, burned out, and running on empty. And I knew I could help.
