Yesterday it was an absolute honor to stand alongside Mayor Cherelle Parker, Councilman Curtis Jones, Ivan McClellan of the Eight Seconds Rodeo and the Universoul Circus to speak directly to my city about Philadelphia Urban Riding Academy, the Eight Second rodeo and the rich Cowboy and Cowgirl culture we have within our city.
