Words of thanks from Mufumbwe, Zambia! 🇿🇲

We are grateful to Bishop Samuel L. Green, Sr., Supervisor Phyllis N. Green, and the First Episcopal District of the AME Church for your generous support of our district-wide initiative to bring clean, accessible water to communities in Zambia, including Bright Temple AME Church – Mufumbwe in the Zambezi Annual Conference.

When we come together to lift Jesus through our good works, we can transform lives and communities. This is the power of the Connectional Church!

From Mufumbwe, thank you for standing with us and helping to make this life-giving ministry possible!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has donated, supported, and prayed for the 17th Episcopal District’s Water Well Project. Every gift makes a difference, and every contribution helps bring clean, life-giving water to communities in need.

Today, we would like to highlight and extend a heartfelt thank you to Pastors Grainger and Joanne Browning and the members of Ebenezer AME Church for their generous donation of three boreholes (water wells) in Zambia in support of this important initiative.

Successful launch of the Water Well for a town with over 30, 000 people in need of water everyday. The town is prone to cholera outbreaks and other water related diseases.

The Water Well is a contribution of the Church to the Wider Community in the border town.

We invite you to partner with the 17th Episcopal District to ensure communities have access to safe and clean drinking water by supporting the actual drilling and equipping of the Wells. Get in touch on [email protected] for more details.
