NAA's Apartmentalize 2026 is officially in the books! Our team had a great time representing Odin in New Orleans, spending a few days learning, networking, and connecting with some of the best in multifamily. Thank you to the National Apartment Association for hosting another incredible event. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Today we recognize and honor Juneteenth, a day that marks one of the most significant turning points in American history. A day when the promise of freedom finally reached those it had been denied to for far too long, and a reminder that while progress has been made, the work is not over.

That work takes many forms. For us, it means showing up every day to build communities where safe, quality housing is within reach and where every person, regardless of their background or circumstance, has a place to call home where they feel welcomed, respected, and valued.

For the past five years, Tiffany has brought dedication, leadership, and heart to our Philadelphia communities. With 18 years of property management experience, she consistently goes above and beyond for her residents and team.

When she's not managing communities, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her three sons, cheering on her eldest who proudly serves in the Navy, tending to her garden, and staying active at the gym.

Tiffany, thank you for five amazing years. We are grateful to have you on the Odin team and look forward to many more years of success together!

Bethel Village is a newly constructed, 49-unit affordable senior community serving adults 62+, ideally situated on the corner of 6th and Herr Streets, just two blocks from the State Capitol Complex.

With spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, beautiful common areas, and a multipurpose community room, Bethel Village reflects Odin’s continued commitment to expanding access to quality, affordable housing for the people who need it most.

We can’t wait to see this community thrive!

Talk about a reason to celebrate! Today, we're celebrating two special milestones for Jackson Duncan: his 15-year anniversary with Odin Properties and his birthday!🎉🎂

Jackson began his career with Odin in leasing, helping manage and develop new acquisitions. Over the past 15 years, he has grown into an exceptional leader and now oversees our Philadelphia workforce housing portfolio, helping provide quality affordable housing opportunities throughout the city.

Outside of work, Jackson is deeply committed to making a difference in his community. He founded Focused Athletics, a nonprofit organization that supports Philadelphia student-athletes, and continues to dedicate his time to helping young people succeed. He's also a devoted husband, proud father to his 4-month-old daughter June, and proud parent to two accomplished children: Zymir Cobbs-Duncan, a special education teacher and football coach at Simon Gratz High School, and Aniyah Walker, a Property Manager within Odin's Affordable Housing portfolio.

Jackson's leadership, dedication, and passion for helping others have made a lasting impact on Odin, our residents, and the communities we serve. We're incredibly grateful for everything he brings to our team.

Today we’re celebrating Risa Brana on her 5-year milestone with Odin Properties! As our Executive Assistant, Risa keeps the moving parts of our corporate office running seamlessly with professionalism, organization, and grace. Outside the office, she’s a devoted mom who loves spending time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel.
