Training the newest class of MERT's EMTs 🚑 🩺! This year we are so excited to have our class learn from the great instructors over at the Perelman School of Medicine. Additional bonus content of the scavenger hunt our Membership Officer sent them on is included!

Today we kicked off NCEMSF week with Collegiate CPR Day! MERT hosted a table on Locust from this afternoon to teach the important basics of CPR to anyone walking by, including Penn President Dr. Amy Gutmann 🤩

MERT held our biannual Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) drill this past weekend, simulating an explosion and chemical spill in the Chemistry Laboratories. Our 38 EMTs calmly and efficiently triaged, extricated, treated, and transported 41 patients with support from our public safety partners.
