On 1/26/2017, the City of Philadelphia will conduct Philly COUNTS (Coordinated Outreach of Unsheltered Needs Tally and Survey).

Heavy snow should be hitting Philadelphia in just a few hours, and Outreach Teams will be standing by throughout the storm to ensure no one is without shelter.
