BURGER NIGHT TONIGHT! WALK IN ONLY. This is a really good one. This big boy here is my medium rare burger. It’s two crispy smash patties w/ melty cheese with a burger dressed tartare in the middle 😈
I don’t like to eat undercooked ground beef bc I am worried about food poisoning! So this is how I’ve decided to express that fear. Here until it isn’t ;)

The current heavyweight fan favorite of the menu: Nettle Gnudi en Brodo di Coniglio. In it, I see chicken n dumpling soup, but many of yall get matzo ball vibes. Either way, it’s soooo good.

Testaroli al Forno, but in some fresh tins :)
Starting this week: Buckwheat crepes, fennel braised Lamb Neck, creamy and herby bechamel, and a pickle salad. A spinach version for vegetarians!
Everyone’s favorite BY FAR is the Nettle Gnudi w/ rabbit, but mine is this baked lamb. I can’t get enough of it.

Plus! We switched some protein placements on the menu, and are back on gnudi. I’ve been wanting to do a chicken n dumpling soup so this is based off that, but w/ rabbit and ricotta.

MENU THIS WEEK. Octo is back and fully realized. Poached and then fried, topped w/ crispy chokes and gamtae. It’s kind of nuts. Plus, stuffed pappardelle IF YOU LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT YOU’RE VEG :)
