I was going through some of my archives last week and came across a folder of long forgotten misfit tracks. Most of which were for one reason or another rejected or cut from the projects they were written for. As I listened through these tracks it occurred to me that a lot of these "failures" hold up really well against my best, most successful work.

All of life's yeses and no's that are the result of honest soulful effort are worthy of being celebrated. There's always more music to be written. - D
